Refund policy

30-day free returns

You can request a free return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, bottles must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with any seals intact. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email hello@barenailcare.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at hello@barenailcare.com so we can help. The unopened-bottle condition applies to change-of-mind returns and does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
